Work With Me
Thank you for your interest in working with The Globetrotter.
I’m Deeptha, a UK-based travel blogger and content creator. I have been running The Globetrotter since 2009 and create detailed travel guides, accommodation reviews and destination features based on first-hand experiences.
I usually travel with my husband, Bhavin, which makes the site a good fit for brands and destinations looking to reach couples who enjoy culture, nature, short breaks and comfortable travel.
The Globetrotter audience
The Globetrotter reaches a mainly UK-based audience, along with readers from the United States and other parts of the world.
Our readers are interested in:
- UK breaks and European travel
- Couples’ holidays
- Scenic and cultural trips
- Soft adventure and outdoor experiences
- Hotels and unusual accommodation
- Food and local experiences
- Practical travel planning
The site has a strong base of search traffic. This means articles can continue bringing readers to a destination, business or product long after they have first been published.
Ways we can work together
- Press trips and destination campaigns: I work with tourism boards, destination organisations and visitor attractions to create useful, first-hand travel content. Coverage can include detailed blog articles, itineraries, original photography and social media posts.
- Accommodation reviews: I work with hotels, cottages, holiday parks, glamping sites and other accommodation providers. Reviews cover the full experience, including the location, rooms, facilities, service, food and who the property would suit.
- Travel experiences and attractions: I can provide coverage for tours, visitor attractions, transport providers, outdoor activities and cultural experiences. Content is planned around what will be most useful to readers rather than simply listing what is available.
- Sponsored content: I accept a limited number of sponsored articles and paid partnerships when they are a good match for the blog and its audience. Sponsored work is clearly marked in line with UK advertising guidelines.
- Social media campaigns: I can support a campaign through social media posts and tailored content across The Globetrotter’s channels. Campaigns can be planned alongside an article or as a separate social media partnership.
- Advertising: Advertising options may include banners, suitable in-content placements and longer-term campaigns. Please get in touch to discuss the available spaces and current rates.
- Competitions and giveaways: Competitions can help introduce a product, service or travel experience to a wider audience. Packages can include promotion through the blog and social media channels.

All reviews are based on my honest experience. Hosted, gifted and paid partnerships are clearly disclosed.
