Karrimor Indie Laptop Backpack from Field & Trek - Review

I enjoy travelling a lot. Discovering new places, exposure to different cultures, the wonder and the adventure associated with travel - I love every bit of it. As much as I like the excitement and the adventure; I also like travelling to be a hassle-free affair. Rather than tugging along loads of luggage, I prefer to carry something that holds all my essentials. And it also needs to be tasteful. Because just like 'Clothes make the man', ones travel bag also speaks volumes about the person. After a bit of search, I finally found a laptop bag that fit all my requirements on Field & Trek.

The Karrimor Indie 30 Laptop Backpack not only offers a padded internal sleeve for the laptop, but also a large amount of storage space to fit all my travel essentials - phones and chargers, camera and lens, headphones, wallet, book, flashlight, a mini tripod and retractable USB cables apart from the laptop. After accommodating all these, I still had some space left.

The moulded back system takes a bit of getting used to. Initially, it feels a bit hard on the back, but with regular usage one starts to get on with the fit. It did not take me long to realise that it does indeed offer some kind of support to the back. While style is entirely a personal preference of the user, I liked the design and style of this backpack. Not only is it functional but looks great as well. I personally like the soft denim look. The attention to fine details like the shoulder straps, the back pad and the hip belt - all make it a good combination of comfort and functionality.

Some key features of the Karrimor Indie 30 Laptop Backpack
- Features a main zip compartment with an internal laptop sleeve
- Zip compartment with internal pocket, divider, and organiser
- A front zip pocket and a small side zip pocket
- A mesh side pocket
- Moulded back system for support
- Grab handle and shoulder straps
- 30L Capacity

The backpack very easily is able to accommodate all the necessities for a day at the beach, an afternoon sightseeing or a walking photography tour. It is a good buy at the price that it is currently on offer at. The original price is £74.99, but at the time of publishing this post, the backpack is on offer for £38.00, giving you a savings of £36.99. The backpack comes in 3 colours: Dusk, Mocca and Ruby.

Overall, the Karrimor Indie Laptop Backpack is a good backpack that I am enjoying using.
