Holiday Inn at Garforth - Hotel Review

On our way to the Highlands from London, we stopped for a night at the little town of Garforth in West Yorkshire. We stayed at the Holiday Inn. Even though it is a rural location, the Holiday Inn hotel was good value for money. The hotel is just minutes from the M1 and is easily accessible. There is a lot of parking space available both for cars as well as coaches.

Check In: 2:00 PM, Check Out: 12:00 PM

The room that we stayed in was predominantly decorated in brown, gold and green. Loved the color combination. The room was spacious and airy and equipped with a color tv, a work desk with lamp, electrical outlets, a phone, a separate hanging closet, trouser press and an extra closet.

There was also a well stocked refreshment section with a tea/coffee maker. Our room had a private bathroom with a bathtub. A hairdryer was also provided.

Dining - The hotel has a Cocktail lounge and a restaurant called the Aioli's on the ground floor behind the reception. There is a bar called the Aioli's Bar where you can relax with a cold beer. Both the bar and the lounge have Wi-Fi access. I think they also have a 24hour room service.

Overall, it was a decent hotel with clean rooms and good amenities. Perfect for a stop-over for the night.
